Why the co-op exists
To supply safe, reliable, and affordable potable water to members within the West Foothills area.
The route there is to turn scattered household demand into one project the County can assess. Individual wells and household concerns do not create an infrastructure proposal. The co-op gives residents a legal organization, a member count and a board that can pursue County support, funding readiness and engineering as one coordinated project.
