AGM and board elected

Members met and elected the board now leading the co-op.

The directors elected at the meeting carry the work that follows incorporation: putting governance on a proper footing, holding the discussions with the County, and getting the co-op to the point where it could credibly approach a funder.

That is the order the work has to happen in. Each step is what makes the next one possible, and the board will report on them as they are reached.
